Howdy is pleased to introduce Howdy Feedback, a new system designed to improve communication and promote employee wellbeing within organisations. Howdy Feedback has been developed based on valuable user feedback and offers increased flexibility and anonymity, allowing employees to easily provide feedback to their organisation, managers, or administrators.

Key Features:

  • Anonymity Options: Howdy Feedback allows users to choose whether they wish to remain anonymous when sending messages. This feature aims to promote transparency and encourage honest feedback from employees.
  • Recipient Selection: Users have the option to select specific managers, groups of managers, or the entire managerial team as recipients for their feedback. This personalised approach ensures that messages reach the appropriate recipients for effective communication.
  • Direct Email Notifications: Managers and administrators will receive direct emails containing the feedback provided to them by employees on a daily basis. This ensures timely delivery of feedback and enables managers to address concerns promptly.


  • Improved Communication: By providing a direct channel for feedback, Howdy Feedback facilitates open dialogue between employees and management, leading to improved communication within the organisation.
  • Enhanced Wellbeing: Recognising the importance of employee wellbeing, Howdy Feedback enables employees to voice their concerns and contribute to a positive work environment where their needs are valued and prioritised.

Important Information:

Howdy Feedback will replace previous comment systems within organisations. The new system is scheduled to be available starting June 1st.
