In the hospital world, the core task is to have the patient in focus. In order for the healthcare staff to give their best effort towards the patients, they need to thrive. To support the wellbeing of their employees, NSR – Næstved, Slagelse and Ringsted Hospital have chosen to offer Howdy as a wellbeing tool to all of their employees.
The agreement means that all employees at NSR are offered access to Howdy Wellbeing with proactive responseteam by psychologists and physiotherapists.
Slagelse Hospital has for a number of years successfully used Howdy as a wellbeing tool for the employees in selected departments. Hear about their experiences in this video:
This is another good example of how Howdy’s technological platform connects with the customer’s existing solutions, thus supporting them in becoming a real proactive offer for employees.
Niels Reichstein Larsen, Hospital Director at NSR, states:
