Welcome to Ørsted’s new pulse survey solution on team engagement and stress mitigation – powered by Howdy.

  • To order a team engagement pulse survey, please fill out the team engagement pulse survey form below and the pulse surveys will be sent out to the team via the Howdy app.
  • To order a stress mitigation pulse survey, please fill out the stress mitigation pulse survey form below and the pulse surveys will be sent out to the team via the Howdy app.
To order a survey, at least 5 in your team need to be registered as Howdy users.

If you need support to find out, how many in your team are registered as Howdy users or to invite your team to use the Howdy tool, feel free to write to: HSESupport@orsted.com.

The results of the survey will become available on the Engagement Pulse Survey page of the Health Performance report.
Pulse survey results are visible to the people leader and the selected group of employees.

To notify your team on the upcoming survey – we strongly advise you to use this e-mail template – to ensure we live up to the GDPR.

To ensure anonymity, the results become available when at least 5 people have responded to the survey. The pulse survey is separate from the original Howdy wellbeing questions and employees can therefore choose to only respond to the pulse survey questions.

Invitation to team engagement pulse survey in the Howdy app

Hi Team,

To support our ongoing dialogue about engagement in our team, I have launched a small survey in the Howdy app, called team engagement pulse survey. I invite you to respond to the survey to share your voice, so we can have a dialogue about what works well and what we potentially can improve in our team. However, please note that participation is of course voluntary.

Anonymity
To ensure anonymity, it requires five responses before results are available for our team. The company Howdy handles the responses, so no-one in Ørsted have access to individual responses.

Deadline
Please access your Howdy app and submit the team engagement pulse survey before the end of the month. It only takes 5 minutes.
