Howdy is a Danish company headquartered in Copenhagen. The company develops digital tools to monitor employee wellbeing in both private and public organizations.

The goal is to detect early signs of poor wellbeing and help turn it around. Howdy also works with a large network of psychologists and other professionals who can reach out to employees when wellbeing measurements indicate potential issues.

With the acquisition, Howdy becomes part of HR-ON, and together we introduce HR-ON Wellbeing.

The solution is designed for all types of organizations that recruit, onboard employees, and prioritize wellbeing and employee development – from small companies to large public institutions.

You do not need to take any action. For now, both the HR-ON and Howdy platforms will continue operating as they are.
