Elisabeth is our Chief Psychologist & Leadership Coach at Howdy. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Marburg and is an authorized psychologist (cand. psych.) in Denmark. With a rich professional background, Elisabeth brings extensive experience in clinical and organizational psychology, leadership and wellbeing coaching, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting.
In her work with managers and teams, she focuses on understanding the organizational context and team dynamics, identifying key challenges, and collaboratively developing achievable goals to enhance wellbeing and leadership effectiveness. She is also dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace, advocating for bias awareness and inclusive leadership practices to create a sense of belonging for all team members.
Her expertise lies in Attachment Therapy, Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD, Early Child Development and Parenting guidance. Elisabeth’s counseling approach is individualized and evidence-based, characterized by empathy, patience. and a non-judgmental demeanor. She also provides her clients with tangible tools to support their progress.

Mette is our Chief Psychologist at Howdy.
Currently in maternity leave, Mette will be bac this summer.
Kristina works as a psychotherapist at Howdy. She graduated from the EFT Institute in Copenhagen and is currently a candidate in Organizational Psychology at DePaul University in Chicago. With a professional journey spanning back to 1997, Kristina has been deeply involved in promoting mental wellbeing in work environments.
In her efforts to increase wellbeing at group levels, Kristina leverages her extensive background as a manager, HR tool developer, teacher, and working environment researcher. Her multifaceted experience enables her to offer comprehensive support tailored to the unique needs of managers and teams.
Her daily work involves being an integral part of psychological preparedness at Howdy, where she assists individuals in discovering new strategies to enhance their overall wellbeing.

Gitte works as a psychologist at Howdy. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Aarhus University, and is a certified instructor in the Åben og Rolig program for stress reduction, completing her certification in 2017.
Gitte’s work approach is characterized by flexibility, tailoring methods to suit the unique needs of each client. Central to her practice is the establishment of a supportive and empathetic environment where clients feel truly understood and supported. She draws from a diverse toolkit, including principles from organizational psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and specialized stress reduction programs.
With nine years of professional experience, Gitte’s journey began in academia before transitioning to roles focused on mental health building and stress reduction at Københavns Kommune. For the past two years, she has served as an individual practitioner.
