  • What is the wellbeing history?

    In Howdy 3.0 we've made possible to see detailed information about all your previous answers. Navigate to your wellbeing history and click on the different dates to see what you answered, when you answered, what the recommendations from our counsellors were and more.

  • What is info & offers?

    You'll find info & offers in our new slider at the top of the home screen or in the menu. Here it is possible to see customised content from your organisation, info about upcoming webinars and other Howdy events, read our wellbeing tips & tricks and much more.

  • Is it possible to change answers in the survey?

    Yes, just swipe left to change your response before you submit. But make sure you are satisified with you answers before submitting, because once you've sent them - it's too late.

  • What kind of notifications can I receive now?

    You have the possibility of receiving both SMS, email and push-messages, and you will have complete control over which channels, you would like to get notified on.
