Managing Your Consent

Using Howdy requires you to consent to our terms and conditions. Managing your consent or viewing the terms and conditions can be done through your Howdy profile.

Managing your consent via app.howdy.care

1. Navigate to https://app.howdy.care and click My Profile in the top right corner.
2. Click Consent at the bottom of the page.
3. This will display the current version of the terms and conditions which you have accepted.
4. To resend the consent, click Resend Consent.
5. To withdraw your consent, click Recall Consent.
   • Note: after withdrawing your consent, you will not be able to use Howdy until the terms and conditions has been accepted once again.

Managing your consent via The Howdy App

1. Open the Howdy smartphone App.
2. Once logged in, click Skip to skip any available questionnaires.
   • If no questionnaires are available, ignore this step.
3. Click the menu icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
4. Click My Profile.
5. Click About.
6. Click Consent.
7. This will open a popup that will display the current version of the terms and conditions which you have accepted.
8. To withdraw your consent, mark the checkbox labeled I confirm that i want to cancel my Howdy and click Recall Consent.
