Data security and personal data management are really important for our business in Howdy. Therefor we have received an ISAE3000 declaration at PwC, which shows that we have implemented controls for the purpose of taking care of our customers’ data. ISAE is an abbreviation for “International Standard for Assurance Engagements”, which refers to an official auditing standard for non-financial data and ensures a high degree of security for internal controls at service providers such as Howdy.

The declaration is based on the Danish Data Protection Agency’s and the Association of State Authorized Public Accountants’ checkpoints for data protection. This means that our customers and their employees can be confident in our processes for handling sensitive personal data.
