This update is all about enhancing the experience for managers and helping them maximize the value of the insights they receive. The design has been refreshed, graphs have been fine-tuned, and practical tools have been introduced to help managers better understand their data and facilitate essential conversations within their teams.

- Howdy Index: The new, straightforward wellbeing index, ranging from 0-100, replaces the Howdy Score and offers a clearer overview and greater transparency.
- New and Improved Benchmarks: Managers will gain deeper insights and context, enabling them to understand and interpret data more effectively.
- Wellbeing Efforts: These efforts provide managers with simple tasks and guides that include actionable steps to enhance workplace wellbeing, making it easier to take the right actions and drive meaningful change.
