Stronger Wellbeing Overview for Managers – We’re Listening

We’re excited to share a new feature we’re developing for the Howdy monthly wellbeing report. This update aims to give managers an even clearer and more proactive overview of their team’s wellbeing — and we’d love your input as we refine it.

What’s new — and evolving

Starting August 1st, we’re introducing a summary section in the montly report. This early version is designed to provide a quick, accessible overview of department wellbeing trends, based on current and previous data.

Powered by advanced AI, the summary translates key wellbeing data into concrete, actionable insights. The goal is to help managers spot trends early, start timely conversations, and support their teams based on a solid data foundation.

The summary currently includes:

  • A short, easy-to-digest overview of department wellbeing
  • Highlights of longer-term developments, not just month-to-month snapshots
  • A stronger basis for dialogue and action

More consistent access to data

We’re also adjusting how quarterly data is shared. Previously, reports were only sent out when there were enough monthly responses. Now, where relevant, we’ll include both annual and quarterly trends — making insights available even in months with lower response rates.

Data protection remains unchanged

 All data continues to be handled with the same high security standards and always within your existing agreement. No data ever leaves the EU, and all processes follow current regulations.
